Application for Order Approving Construction Permit Transfers and Conforming Administrative Construction Permit Amendments, November 13, 2018 Staffs Request for Additional Information, April 29, 2020 The purpose of this letter is to provide an update to the request by Nuclear Development, LLC (ND) to transfer the Construction Permits for the Bellefonte Nuclear station (Reference I).
Following changes in the status of the agreements to purchase the Bellefonte site, uclear Development, LLC is not pursuing development of the project at this time.
Accordingly, ND requests to withdraw our application for transfer of Construction Permits as documented in Reference 1.
Please let me know if you require additional information.
