ML13018A244 and ML13018A239, respectively), the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission issued a proposed director's decision regarding the petition from Mr. Thomas Saporito dated March 12, 2011. A list of power reactor licensees and holders of construction permits in active or deferred status was included as Enclosure 2 to the letters. Enclosure 2 was an incomplete list, in that several licensees were omitted.
A corrected list of power reactor licensees and holders of construction permits in active or deferred status is enclosed.
