Letter from J. H. Fewell (Exelon Generation Company, LLC) to U.S. NRC, "Exelon Evaluation of Preliminary White Finding," dated December 14, 2018 By letter dated December 14,- 2018 (Reference), Exelon Generation Company, LLC (EGC) submitted the evaluation of the Clinton Power Station (CPS) preliminary white finding.

Subsequent to this submittal, it was identified that some pages related to the CPS shift manager surveys were inadvertently omitted from Attachment 6 of the referenced letter. The attachment in this letter provides the complete set of surveys and supersedes the previous Attachment 6 in its entirety.

There are no regulatory commitments contained in thi~ letter.
