Dear Mr. Dapas:

In References 1 and 2, the NRC identified a White Finding associated with the Emergency Diesel Generator Exhaust Fan Train B. In Reference 3, the NRC notified Waterford 3 of its intent to conduct a supplemental inspection in accordance with NRC Inspection Procedure 95001. On October 9, 2014, the NRC completed the supplemental inspection.

In Reference 4, the NRC notified Waterford 3 that the inspection objective of Inspection Procedure 95001 involving the extent of cause was not met. Waterford 3 has subsequently modified and revised the extent of cause review. This letter provides written notification that Waterford 3 is prepared for a re-inspection of this issue.
