Maintenance Rule CAA initated new CRs per ourdiscussion today Good morning, I initiated 2 new condition reports to capture our discussion regarding interfacing of the Maintenance Rule Monitoring program and the Corrective. Action Process program.

P2-2nI -01 167 as initiated to document the challenge to perform or document a cause analysis for the Containment Isolation Valve indication function failure.

4,E2-201-1;68 s initiated to document the need to review the Maintenance Rule Monitoring program for potential changes to clarrify expectations regarding use of the CR process when a Maintenance Rule reviewed action concludes a Functional Failure did occur to capture cause aspect of the failure.

Note in the second CR I documented the interface appeared to need review for clarrity, and cited the SW valve CRs as an example of the need for clarrity.

As you requested, this memo communicated the two condition reports I initiated based on our discussion earlier today.
