Union Electric Company (Ameren Missouri) submitted a license renewal application (LRA) for Callaway Plant Unit 1. Reference 2 dated October 1, 2012 and Reference 3 dated October 3, 2012 transmitted the thirteenth and fourteenth Requests for Additional Information (RAI) related to our application.

Enclosure 1 contains Ameren Missouri's responses to the individual requests contained in the October 1, 2012 and October 3, 2012 RAis. Enclosure 2 contains LRA Amendment 14 to reflect changes made as a result of the RAI responses for Sets 13 and 14. Enclosure 3 includes a summary of updates from Regional Inspection items. Enclosure 4 includes a table which was previously provided by Reference 4 in response to RAI Set #3. This table lists leakage history for Fire Protection System piping and has been updated to be consistent with the response to RAI B2.1.14-5a from RAI Set #14 (Enclosure 1).
