Dairyland Power Cooperative (DPC)La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor (LACBWR)Possession-Only License No.. DPR-45 Revision to DPC's Interim Compensatory Measure Clarification (1) Letter of December 2, 2009, DPC to NRC, Interim Compensatory Measure Clarification, and attached Corrective Action Report (CAR) 2009-70 (Safeguards Information)

The purpose of this transmittal is to provide a revision to Dairyland Power Cooperative's Interim Compensatory Measure Clarification letter and supporting documentation.

The revision is primarily to replace NRC Order EA-02-077, "Interim Compensatory Measures for Decommissioning Nuclear Power Plants With Spent Fuel in the Spent Fuel Pool and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installations Using Wet Storage," dated 3/29/02, with NRC Order EA-02-077, "Interim Compensatory Measures for the Current Threat Environment," dated 5/22/02. The incorrect Order was referenced and placed in DPC's original supporting documentation.

DPC's Cause Analysis and Disposition and CAR form were also revised to accommodate the Order. NRC Order EA-02-077, dated 3/29/02, has been destroyed.

DPC's CAR 2009-70, Cause Analysis and Disposition, Revision 1, and NRC Order EA-02-077 (5/22/02) are safeguards documents and will only be provided to listed individuals.
