The plant was placed on Shutdown Cooling in ten hours.This is being reported under Technical Specification 3.4.3..This was the first occurrence of loss of RCS flow under hot conditions.

CAUSE DESCRIPTION (Continued) compressor.

Subsequent corrective actions were: (1)to perform complete checkouts on the two compressors, (2)add new discharge check valves, and (3)add a modification to allow turbine building instrument air to auto-matically backup containment instrument air.
