The have been many large earthquakes in 2015 and it will only get worse now that wehave badly depleted the water table. Insanely, Diablo Canyon Power Plant was built on a fault.There is no clean up plan if there is a meltdown, the area and wherever the water goes will just beradioactive for thousands of years. It would be the direct karmic fault of the people who decided toturn it back on, knowing that worse case scenario would cause a horrific earth shattering disaster.
