Mr. Crosslin,

The NRC is finalizing a license amendment for Watts Bar Nuclear Plant (WBN), Units 1 and 2. Per 10 CFR 50.91(b), 10 CFR 50.91(b)(3) and (b)(4), we are notifying you of the proposed issuance. The amendment corrects several licensee-identified editorial inconstancies incorporated in the initial issuance of the Unit 1 and 22 Technical Specifications (TS). Additionally, the license amendment adds a new TS condition to the WBN, Unit 2 TSs clarifying operator response during events associated with tornado warnings.

The licensee's submittal dated June 7, 2016, is available in ADAMS under Accession No. ML16159A208

. The amendment was noticed in the Federal Register on August 2, 2016 (81 FR 50740) (see attached). The NRC has not received public comments or been request ed to conduct hearings on the proposed licensing actions.
