Acrack-like condition wasnotedduringtheU2-3RIO.Thisindication wasthoughttobeascratchandbrushedaway.Duetotheabrasivetreatment ofthearea,itcouldnotbedetermined iftheindication wasremoved.Examination duringtheU2<RIOconcluded thattheindication isstillthereandremainsunchanged.

Therehavebeenmanycracksclassified asIGSCCnotedonthesupportringsincetheU2-1RI.Eightofthesecrackshavebeenultrasonically measuredeveryoutagetotracktheirgrowth.Whilethecracksarestillgrowing,theirgrowthrateanddepthisnotyetnearcriticalfigures.Therehavebeennogrosschangesinthecracks'ondition sincetheU2-3RIO.Theguiderodfollowers weredamagedduringtheU2-2RIOwhenthemoistureseparator wasinadvertently setonthefeedwater spargers.

Examination oftheseareasduringtheU2QRIOrevealnofurtherdamage.7.TheinteriorsurfacesoftheRPVheadwerevisuallyinspected (directly) inresponsetoindustryconcern.Norecordable indications werenoted.
