Ginna Nuclear Power Plant Renewed Facility Operating License No. DPR-18 NRG Docket No. 50-244 Notification of Funds Provided under the E.D.F. International S.A.S. Support Agreement and the Exelon Corporation Support Agreement In accordance with Amendment No. 305 Additional License Conditions 1 and 2 (Calvert Cliffs Unit 1 ), Amendment No. 283 Additional License Conditions 1 and 2 (Calvert Cliffs Unit 2), License Conditions 2.D.16 and 2.D.17 (Nine Mile Point Unit 1), License Conditions 2.C.22 and 2.C.23 (Nine Mile Point Unit 2), and License Conditions 2.C.1 O and 2.C.11 (R. E. Ginna), this letter provides the required notification to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission that funds were provided to the licensees listed above in accordance with the E.D.F. International S.A.S. Support Agreement and the Exelon Corporation Support Agreement. These License Conditions require that "Exelon Generation shall inform the NRG in writing no later than 14 days after any funds are provided to or for the GENG subsidiary licensee under the E.D.F. International S.A.S. Support Agreement" and "Exelon Generation shall inform the NRG in writing no later than 14 days after any funds are provided to or for the licensee under the Exelon Corporation Support Agreement."
