Page8of13FLORIDAPOWER6LIGHTCOMiANYEtiERGENCYPLANDiPLEMENTINGPROCEDURE//3100026E,REV.98.0Instructions:(Continued)8.3EvacuationPrearedness8.3.1Allvisitorsshallhaveadequatetransportationavailableon-sitetoevacuateallmembersoftheirrespectivegroups.8.3.2Escortsshallmaintaincontrolofgroupsorindividualstowhichtheyareassignedtoenableallmembersofthegroupstobelocated,notifiedandevacuated.8.4LocalAreaEvacuationImlementation8.4.1WhentheEmergencyCoordinator(NuclearPlantSupervisor)determinesthatalocalareaevacuationisnecessary,heshall,infollowingEmergencyProcedureDutiesoftheEmergencyCoordinator,announceanevacuationusingthePAsystem,givingtheareaaffected,theassemblyareaandotherinstructionsasrequired./R98.4.2Allpersonnelintheevacuatedareashallstopwork,turnoffpotentiallyhazardousequipment,suchascuttingtorches,andleavetheareabythesameroutetakentoenterthearea,unlessotherwiseinstructedbytheEmergencyCoordinator.8.4.38.4.4AllpersonnelintheevacuatedareashallreporttotheRadiationControlPointintheAuxiliaryBuildingformonitoringandaccountability,unlessotherwisedirected'ytheEmergencyCoordinator.TheRadiationTeamshallmonitorevacuatedpersonnelforcontamination,(forareaswherecontaminationmaybepresent)./R98.4.5InjuredpersonnelshallbetreatedasdiscussedinE-PlanImplementingProcedure3100021E,DutiesofEmergencyCoordinator.Ifaninjuredpersonisevacuatedfromtheplantsite,theperson'sTLD,selfreadingdosimeter,identificationbadge,andkeycardshouldberemovedandgiventotheFirstAidandPersonnelDecontaminationTeamLeader.8.4.6TheControlPointGuardshallmakeavailabletotheEmergencyCoordinatorhisrecordsshowingthepersonnelwhoareintheRadiationControlledArea./R9
