We are notifying you of the proposed issuance in accordance with 10 CFR 50.91(b), 10 CFR 50.91(b)(3) and (b)(4). The amendment revises the completion date for License Condition 2.C.(5) for Watts Bar, Unit 2, regarding completion of the actions to resolve the issues identified in Bulletin 2012-01, "Design Vulnerability in Electrical Power System," from December 31, 2017, to December 31, 2018, to align with the remainder of TVA fleet and with the nuclear industry. The licensee's submittal dated March 28, 2017, is available in ADAMS under Accession No. ML17093A608. The amendment was noticed in the Federal Register on July 5, 2017 (82 FR 31103). Please see the attachment to this email. No public comments were received.
