FW: NMP Land Transfer LAR Rich,

I have checked all 3 of our submittals on this topic. The requested approval date was 3/30/12 (from the 11/3/11/supplement) and the implementation date is "one day following the actual transfer of the title to the property" (7/20/11 initial submittal).

The amendment can be issued whenever the staff has completed review as long as the amendment implementation schedule is as we requested.
