e' e-LER ATTACHMENT - LER NO. 1-81-27 Facility: BSEP Unit No.1 Date: 2-16-81 The door to the 4160V PT compartment was noted to be slightly sprung when an attempt was made to close it. When additional force was used to close this dcor, the_ jar created by the closing caused.the relay to pick up.

All auxiliary operators were cautioned about the affects of jarring electrical equipment during their weekly safety meeting.
