IEMA review of Constellation License Amendment Requests for Dresden Nuclear Power Station, Units 2 and 3, to adopt Technical Specifications Task Force (TSTF) Traveler, TSTF-564, Revision 2, Safety Limit MCPR.

By application dated August 30, 2023 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML23242A044), Constellation Energy Generation, LLC, requested to amend the Dresden Nuclear Power Station, Units 2 and 3, Technical Specifications (TS) to adopt Technical Specifications Task Force (TSTF) Traveler, TSTF-564, Safety Limit MCPR. This amendment would revise Dresden Nuclear Power Station, Units 2 and 3, TS 2.1.1.2 and 5.6.5 to reflect this change.

In accordance with 10 CFR 50.91(b), Notice for public comment: State Consultation, the NRC has provided the Illinois Emergency Management Agency - Office of Homeland Security (IEMA-OHS) the opportunity to comment on the above stated license amendments. IEMA -OHS appreciates the opportunity to comment on the proposed license amendments. The IEMA -OHS staff has reviewed the proposed license amendmen ts. Based on the review by the IEMA-OHS staff, IEMA-OHS finds no basis for denial of amendments approval.
