On November 30, 2023, General Electric Company (GE), GE-Hitachi Nuclear Energy Americas, LLC (GEHA) and Global Nuclear Fuel-Americas, LLC (GNF-A) (together, Applicants) received NRC Order EA-23-132 approving the indirect transfer of control of licenses described in Reference 1.

The purpose of this letter is to inform the NRC of such receipt at least one business day before all actions necessary to accomplish the indirect transfers of control are completed. We plan to close the step one transactions described in Reference 1 on December 1, 2023.
