SUPPLEMENTAL STATUS REPORT OF INTERVENORS BRIDGET LITTLE ROREM, ET AL.

Intervenors Bridget Little Rorem, et al., by their under-signed counsel, hereby submit the following supplemental status report pursuant to the Board's Order of February 6, 1985:

1. With respect to previously admitted contentions, inter-venors agree to the schedule and, as stipulated, the revised wording of contentions, in the form to be submitted to the Board by NRC Staff counsel.

2. In addition, intervenors Rorem et al. are preparing a motion, for submission within one week of this date, for. leave to file additional (late-filed) contentions. At least some additional contentions will be based directly on the NRC CAT Team Inspection 50-456/84-44, 50-457/84-40, transmitted from the NRC to Edison by letter dated February 20, 1985. See generally Duke Power Co.

(Catawba), 18 NRC 1041 (1983). This detailed and voluminous report was received by intervonors within the last week. Inter-venors' motion will propose a schedule for litigation of such contentions which is consistent with Edison's contemplated fuel m =9 88u 81888 Q
