AGREED PROTECTIVE ORDER Upon the request of the Applicant, ar.d Intervenors Rorem et al.,

it is hereby ordered that confidential treatment will be afforded information to be disclosed by Intervenors to Applicant's attorneys in accordance with the following conditions:

1.

Confidential treatment will be afforded by this protec-tive order to " protected information," meaning the documents submitted by Intervenors to the Commission in sealed envelopes on April 3, 1986 and all information con-tained therein, including the name and other information which might tend to identify the individual or individuals responsible for the communications to Intervenors reflected in those documents (unless such information was obtained from a source other than Intervenors or i

their counsel).

Such protected information shall not be disclosed to any person except as permitted by the provisions of this Agreed Protective Order.

3.

Persons-who receive protected information subject to this Agreed Protective Order shall use it solely for the purpose of preparing for and participating in this pro-ceeding.

4.

Protected information shall be disclosed only to attorneys for the Applicant (or to secretarial or other clerical personnel employed by Applicant's attorneys, but only to the extent necessary to allow preparation and submission of further pleadings on this matter).

Prior to disclosure, each person to whom protected information is to be dis-closed shall execute the Affidavit of Nondisclosure attached hereto acknowledging his or her obligation to be bound by this Agreed Protective Order.

These Affidavits shall be filed with the Licensing Board and served on Intervenors by the Applicant within 3 working days of their,xecution.

5.

Any person (even if not required to sign the affidavit) who has reason to believe that dccuments including pro-tected information have been lost or misplaced or any person who has reason to believe that the terms and con-

,ditions of this Agreed Protective Order have been violated

being duly sworn, state that I have read and understand the attached Agreed Protective Order entered by the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board in the above-captioned proceeding.

I acknowledge receipt of a copy of the Agreed Protective-Order, and I agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of the Agreed Protective Order.

I further understand that employees of Applicant and its contractors at the Braidwood Station are protected by law from any and all discrimination in the terms and condi-tions of their employraent because of their participation in this licensing proceeding.

Such participation includes co-operation with Intervenors or the presentations of testimony

as witnesses.
