Upon consideration of the oral request by Intervenor Rorem for a three-week extension from January 6, 1986 for her reply to Applicant's and Staff's submittals on her offer of proof, and the matters dis-cussed at a telephonic conference on January 7, 1986 at which all parties were represented, the Board revised the schedule on Emergency Planning, as follows:
