Close Diablo Canyon. The NRC does not regulate and enforce the PG&E and Hotec to follow ASME 3N safest possible standards during the life of the plant, decommissioning and radioactive waste storage and demand ASME 3N thick walled transportable casks, more onsite security, state of the art monitoring and a dry transfer facility be built on site, which allows for canister repair and transfer of fuel without a water source. WHY is this not being done for Diablo Canyon and across the nation?
