specified in Surveillance Requirement 4.8.1.1.1.b, for the automatic transfer requirement only, to be extended to the first entry into Mode 4 following the 7th refueling outage but no later than May 1,1999. This surveillance requirement was completed on November 5,1998, following an unplanned outage of Beaver Valley Power Station Unit 2. Therefore, the need for extending the surveillance interval for this surveillance requirement no .buger exists. Duquesne Light requests withdrawal of this proposed license amendment.
