AMENDMENT OF LICENSE TO ALLOW A FIVE YEAR LICENSE EXTENSION (TAC NO. L31133)

Dear Mr. Fliszar:

In accordance with your letter dated November 19,1998 and pursuant to Part 70 to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Materials License SNM-561 is hereby amended to allow a five  ;

year license extension. Accordingly, Condition 4 has been revised to inciude the date of January 31,2004, and Condition 10 has been revised to include the date of November 19,

Enclosed are copies of the revised Materials License SNM-561 and the Safety Evaluation Report, which includes the Categorical Exclusion determination.
