Beaver Valley Power Station, Unit No. I and No. 2 BV-1 Docket No. 50-334, License No. DPR-66 BV-2 Docket No. 50-412, License No. NPF-73 10 CFR 50.46 Report of Changes or Errors in ECCS Evaluation Models This report is provided as notification of changes or errors in the BVPS-1 and BVPS-2 LOCA evaluation models which are reponable annually. Information provided in the annual repon dated March 21, 1997, with respect to descriptions of changes or errors in ECCS evaluation models and the estimated effect of the changes or errors on calculated peak fuel .:ladding temperature (PCT)is unchanged. These PCT effects have been applied as adjustments to the appropriate PCT calculations. This results in current 1 PCTs for the Large and Small Break LOCA transients as follows:

BVPS-1 Large Break LOCA - 2177 F BVPS-1 Small Break LOCA - 1804 F 1 BVPS-2 Large Break LOCA - 2148 F BVPS-2 Small Break LOCA - 1873 F Currently, Duquesne Light plans to complete both Large Break LOCA and Small Break LOCA reanalyses by June of 1999. This effon will be undertaken to support future changes in the fuel cycle design that may necessitate such reanalysis. However, changes in the anticipated date of implementation for such fuel design changes may impact the scheduled completion date for a LOCA reanalysis. These changes will be noted in future 10 CFR 50.46 repoits.
