Florida Power Corporation (FPC) is hereby submitting the Crystal River Unit 3 (CR-3) Sixth Containment Tendon Surveillance summary report. The tendon surveillance was conducted I between October 20,1997, and January 16, 1998, in accordance with ASME,Section XI,1992 !
Edition.
FPC previously submitted three Special Reports identifying nonconforming conditions which were identified during the surveillence. This summary report provides the engineering evaluation of those nonconformances.
