Florida Power Corporation (FPC) is hereby submitting the Crystal River Unit 3 (CR-3) Sixth Containment Tendon Surveillance summary report.
The tendon surveillance was conducted between October 20,1997, and January 16, 1998, in accordance with ASME,Section XI,1992 Edition.
FPC previously submitted three Special Reports identifying nonconforming conditions which were identified during the surveillence. This summary report provides the engineering evaluation of those nonconformances. There are no new regulatory commitments made in this submittal.
