' AdditionalInformation This letter includes an affidavit along with the additional information provided by letter dated February 8,1999, as requested by the NRC Project Manager. This additional information remains unchanged from the previous letter and is provided to support an unreviewed safety question license amendment request submitted by letter dated January 17,1998. The LAR requested approval'of an unreviewed safety question that resulted from an increase in the waste gas system line break dose consequences. This infonnation was discussed and submittal of this information was requested during a conference call with the NRC staff on January 14,1999. Attachment A provides a copy of the source term calculation package used in determining the control room doses due to
, a waste gas system line rupture. Attachment B contains a revised UFSAR Table 14.2-8 to show that the value for the Control Room X/Q for the gaseous waste vault (WGST
. rupture case) should not be changed since only that part of the table dealing with the line i rupture case was revised.
