RTP while cleaning GSC strainer. Strainer was found to be clogged with cupric oxide. Generator breaker rectosed on 02/02!%

Power was incrementally raised over the next three weeks as flow steadily improved as a result of oxygen addition and on-line chemical cleaning. GSC flow rates forced holds at 30%,40% and 88% RTP dunng that period..
