PETITION FOR WITHDRAWAL OF INTERVENTION OF MULTIPLE INTERVENORS On or about June 10, 1983, Multiple Intervenors, an unincorporated association of industrial consumers of energy with plants located throughout New York State, petitioned the i Nuclear Regulatory Commission of the United States of America, pursuant to 10 C.F.R. 5 2.714 and notice published in the Federal Register, Volume 48, No. 94, at page 21680, for leave to intervene in the instant license docket. Multiple Inter-venors hereby applies for permission to withdraw its petition l

for leave to intervene subject to the condition that it be allowed to apply for late intervention if late intervention is granted to any other intervenors which properly make application for intervenor status.
