70-2948 AMENDMENT TO INDEMNITY AGREEMENT N0. 3-36 AMENDMENT NO. 15 Effective NOV 2 7 585 , Indemnity Agreement No. B-36, between Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation and the Atomic Energy Commission, dated August 16, 1967, as amended, is hereby further amended as follows:

Item 1 of the Attachment to the indemnity agreement is deleted in its entirety and the following substituted therefor:
