Description and Cause of Noncompliance: The 30-day average BOD3 result for April 1995 samples for outfall 007 exceeded the permit limit of 30 mg/1. Sample dates for April 1995 were 4/5,4/12,4/20, and 4/27. The average BOD result 3 for the four samples was 37.2 mg/1. The ,

BOD3 result for a May 2,1995 sample was 19.7 mg/1.

Started: A.M. P.M. 04/05/95 Date Ended: A.M. P.M. 05/02/95 Date C. Action Taken to Reduce, Eliminate, Prevent: Presently, the cause of the increased BOD 3 results is unknown. Fort St. Vrain personnel are inspecting the Sewage Lagoon for aerator operation and excessive solids. Following the inspection, appropdate maintenance activity and corrective action will be performed.
