Sample dates for April 1995 were 4/5,4/12,4/20, and 4/27. The average BOD result 3 for the four samples was 37.2 mg/1. The ,

BOD3 result for a May 2,1995 sample was 19.7 mg/1.

Following the inspection, appropdate maintenance activity and corrective action will be performed.
