Description and Cause of Noncompliance: Fort St. Vrain's permit requires weekly monitoring for total rendual chlonne when there are wastewater discharges from outfalls 001A and 001B. Weekly monitoring for total rendual chlonne was not -whetad for the week of July 7,1997, for outfalls 001A and 001B.
