NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL OF APPLICANT'S EXCEPTION On December 24, 1982 Applicant filed a single exception to the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board's Partial Initial Decision of November 3, 1982. Applicant therein took exception to that portion of the Licensing Board's Condition 2 which required letters of agreement for drivers of support parish vehicles to be used in the event of an evacuation. See Partial Initial Decision, Slip Op., at 71, and ASLB Memorandum and Order (Re Applicant's Motion for Reconsideration or Clarification), December 14, 1982, at 7.

Applicant objected to imposition of that portion of the condition on a number of grounds, nct the least of which was a question of the feasibility of compliance with an unexpected con-dition. On the basis of a subsequent determination by Applicant that there is reasonable likelihood of the ability to comply with the condition, and to therefore avoid unnecessary administra-tive proceedings, Applicant hereby withdraws its exception.
