TYPOGRAPHICAL CORRECTION TO AFFIDAVIT OF THOMAS M. DEVINE There is a typographical error contained in the November 5, 1984 Affidavit of Thomas M. Devine, attached to the Joint In-tervenors' Motion for Protective Order, November 6, 1983. The

correct date is July 1984, which coincides with the information provided throughout the rest of both the motions filed by Joint Intervonors.

If the Board requests that Mr. Devine provide a fruther af-fidavit attesting to the typographical error we will do so.

We regret any confusion this may have caused the parties or the Board.
