DATE & TIME: Wednesday, May 29,2013 1 :00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. EDT LOCATION: U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission One White Flint North 11555 Rockville Pike, Room 0-07B06 Rockville, Maryland PURPOSE: The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the license amendment request that Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E, the licensee) submitted on October 26, 2011, to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) for the Digital Replacement of the Process Protection System Portion of the Reactor Trip System (RTS) and Engineered Safety Features Actuation System (ESFAS) at Diablo Canyon Power Plant, Units 1 and 2 (publicly available in the Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) at Accession No. ML113070457). This is one of several planned public meetings on this topic.

CATEGORY 1:* This is a Category 1 Meeting. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned .
