One White Flint North, Room 0-10B6 11555 Rockville Pike Rockville, Maryland 20855 PURPOSE: The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the license amendment request that Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E, the licensee) submitted on October 26, 2011, to the NRC for the Digital Replacement of the Process Protection System Portion of the Reactor Trip System (RTS) and Engineered Safety Features Actuation System (ESFAS) at Diablo Canyon Power Plant, Units 1 and 2 (publicly available in the Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS), under Accession No. ML113070457). This is one of several planned public meetings on this topic.

CATEGORY 1:* This is a Category 1 Meeting. The public is invited to participate in this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.

Proprietary information may be discussed at certain times during the meeting. These portions of the meeting will be closed to members of the public who have not been granted access to the information by the owner of the information.
