One White Flint North Room 0-13G4 11555 Rockville Pike Rockville, Maryland The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Technical Specification (TS) instrumentation and control setpoint changes that are being made to support Pacific Gas and Electric Company's (PG&E's) license amendment request submitted on October 26, 2011, to the NRC for the digital replacement of the process protection system portion of the reactor trip system and engineered safety features actuation system at Diablo Canyon Power Plant (DCPP), Unit Nos. 1 and 2. A second purpose of the meeting is for PG&E to discuss future plans for the submittal of an amendment request to implement a TS setpoint control program at DCPP, Unit Nos. 1 and 2, to allow relocation of the setpoints from the TSs to licensee control in accordance with Technical Specification Task Force (TSTF) change traveler TSTF-493 Option B.

This is a Category 1 Meeting. The public is invited to participate in this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.

Proprietary information may be discussed at certain times during the meeting. These portions of the meeting will be closed to members of the public who have not been granted access to the information by the owner of the information.
