MOTION OF CONSUMEDS POWER COMPANY TO EffEND BRIEFING SCHEDULE Consumers Power Company hereby moves the Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal Board to extend the brief:..ng schedule in this proceeding as set forth in its October 29, 1975 order to provide that brief s in opposition to exceptions are to be filed on or before January 26, 1976, and any reply briefs are to be filed on or before February 17, 1976. Under the present schedule, counsel for Consumers Power Company will face serious difficulties in completing their brief in view of conflicting work arrangements.

Counsel for the Department of Justice, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff and the Intervenors have authorized us to state that they have no objection to the granting of this mo tion.
