[External_Sender] Completion of License Transfer for the Beaver Valley, Davis-Besse and Perry Nuclear Units Scott:

This message is to inform the NRC that the actions required to complete the transfer of the Beaver Valley, Davis-Besse and Perry nuclear units have been completed today, effective immediately.

Consistent with the NRCs approval order dated December 2, 2019 (Order), the direct transfers of the operating authority for the facilities from FirstEnergy Nuclear Operating Company (FENOC) to Energy Harbor Nuclear Corp., and the ownership of the facilities from FirstEnergy Nuclear Generation, LLC (FENGen) to Energy Harbor Nuclear Generation LLC, were completed. The indirect transfer of ownership of the facilities from FirstEnergy Corp./FirstEnergy Solutions Corp. to Energy Harbor Corp. as the ultimate parent company was also completed. It is requested that the NRC issue the conforming license amendments consistent with the Order.

Energy Harbor Nuclear Corp. adopts and endorses the outstanding commitments, licensing actions, applications and similar items on the dockets submitted by FENOC on the behalf of the licensees.

Energy Harbor Nuclear Corp. requests NRC continuation of the regulatory reviews and actions on these items.
