By letter dated July 3, 2023 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession No. ML23184A081), as supplemented by letters dated June 27, 2024 (ML24180A010), July 24, 2024 (ML24206A150), and August 7, 2024 (ML24220A270),
Vistra Operations Company LLC (Vistra) submitted an application for license renewal ofFacility Operating License No. NPF-58 for Perry Nuclear Power Plant, Unit No. 1, to the U.S.Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). Vistra submitted its application pursuant to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations part 54, Requirements for Renewal of Operating Licenses for Nuclear Power Plants, for license renewal.
The NRC staff is in the process of reviewing your application. Based on the review, the NRC staff has identified the attached requests for additional information (RAIs).The schedule for your response to these RAIs were discussed with Mark Bensi of your staff, and a mutually agreeable date for the response is within 30 days from the date of this email.
