I assisted in maintenance of all systems and actively participated in the refuel 'ng operations er many occasions. I also engaged in work on offtzt mecha-nism changeouts, compliance checks on all applicable components, heat exchanger removals and replacements, pump repairs and other assaciated work. I also participated in the 10 tM upgrading of the plant in June 1974. l May 1975 to January 1977: Reactor Operator at the University of Missouri Research Reactor Facility. '

I had participated in at least 35 startups and shut-downs during this period and had personally taken the reactor critical at least 20 times. At least '

50% of my shift was spent as a console operator. I have operated all reactor associated systems and have r assisted in repair and preventive maintenance on all of the reactor systems. In addition, I have done

numerous compliance checks. I have participated in -

the fuel loading of recent core changes and in rou-tine low power operation. I have also participated directly in several fuel shipments of depleted fuel and installation of various experimental apparatus.

I received my Senior Operator License January 5,1977.

January 1977 to present: Performed the duties de-scribed above and effective March 1978, became Shift Supervisor of the reactor shift operations. I have successfully completed the MURR requalification pro-gram.
