LOCATION: U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Region IV Office Conference Room 2 1600 E Lamar Blvd.

Arlington, TX 76011 PURPOSE: The purpose of this regulatory conference is to discuss an apparent violation identified at Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant concerning the failure to obtain prior approval for an emergency plan change which decreased the effectiveness of the emergency plan. The apparent violation is discussed in NRC Inspection Report 05000275; 05000323/2014502 dated December 1, 2014 (ADAMS ML14335A774).
