DATE & TIME: Wednesday, September 25, 2013 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. EDT LOCATION: U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC)

One White Flint North, Room 0-04B06 11555 Rockville Pike Rockville, Maryland 20855 PURPOSE: The purpose of the meeting is for Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E, the licensee) to discuss Emergency Core Cooling System evaluations including leak-before-break assumptions used in Section 50.46 of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations coolable geometry evaluations for Diablo Canyon Power Plant, Unit Nos. 1 and 2. PG&E previously discussed these plans during a public meeting on December 18, 2012 (meeting summary dated January 22, 2013, is available in the Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) at Accession No. ML12355A150).

CATEGORY 1:* This is a Category 1 Meeting. The public is invited to participate in this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.
