Three White Flint North, 8C15 11601 Landsdown Street Rockville, Maryland 20852 PURPOSE: The purpose of this closed meeting with Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) is to discuss a project plan for the proposed change to the defensive strategy and Title 1O of the Code of Federal Regulations (1 O CFR) 50.54(p) documentation for reduction in minimum staffing requirements at Diablo Canyon Power Plant, Units 1 and 2 (DCPP). The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRG) staff has determined, in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21 and 73.22, that the information to be discussed during the meeting is safeguards information and therefore should be closed to the public.

Since safeguards information will be discussed, it is reminded that no electronic recording, or WI-Fl enabled devices are permitted.

All items are subject to search prior to entry into the Secure Conference Room.
