Company (hereinafter " Applicant") submits written inter-rogatories in accordance with said Order (p. 5) and moves the Board for an order compelling appropriate officials of the electric systems of twenty-one non-party municipalities--1/

to appear at depositions and respond to the interrogatories attached hereto on or before the close of business, April 2, 1973.

_1/ These municipalities are the following: Bay City, Charlevoix, Chelsea, Clinton, Croswell, Dowagiac, Hart, Hillsdale, I*nsing, Lowell, Marshall, Niles, Paw Paw, Petosky, Portland, Saint Louis, Sebewaing, South Haven, Sturgis, Union City and Wyandotte.
