MOTION TO SUPPLEMENT FURTHER CONTENTIONS In its submission of November 7, 1980, the Carolina Environmental Study Group ("CESG") advanced two additional contentions which are now pending before the Board. See Memorandum and Order Regarding Applicant's Motion for Summary Disposition at p. 6 (November 26, 1980). The undersigned counsel have'just recently agreed to represent CESG with respect to these two contentions. Before the Board rules on whether or not to admit these contentions in the McGuire hearing, we seek the opportunity to supplement CESG's request I

with a memorandum of law.
