APPLICANT'S RESPONSE TO LETTER OF VIRGINIA B. DYKES On July 29, 1980, Ms. Virginia B. Dykes filed with the NRC a letter regarding the captioned proceeding.1/ Ms. Dykes' 3etter apparently requests that in the event of a reopened public hearing regarding the issuance of an operating license to the l William B. McGuire Nuclear Facility she be authorized as repre-sentative of the Greenville League of Women Voters to make a public statement. To such a request, Applicant does not i object. 2/
