APPLICANT'S REQUEST FOR AN EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE A REPLY TO INTERVENOR'S PROPOSED FINDINGS OF FACT on October 19, 1978 Intervenor filed its Proposed Find-ings of Fact and Argument in Support of Consideration.
Pur-suant to 10 CFR Section 2.754 (a) (3), Applicant is entitled to file a reply thereto.
Such would be due in the normal course on Friday, November 3, 1978.
In preparing its reply, Appli-cant must rely upon the input of certain individuals.
These individuals have been out of town this past week and thus, Applicant has been unable to adequately prepare its reply.
For good cause shown, Applicant requests an additional time of one week until November 10th within which to file its reply to Intervenors Proposed Findings of Fact and Argument j
in Support of Consideration.
Both Intervenor's counsel and Staff's counsel have been contacted by Applicant's counsel.
Both have stated that they have no objections to this request.
